What this page covers
This notice explains what happens to information you give us through this website. It does not cover student records held by the school, which are governed by school policy and CBSE requirements.
Information we collect
The enquiry form on the contact page asks for a name, a phone number, an optional email address, and your message. Nothing is stored on this website. When you submit the form, the details are handed to your own email application so you can send them to the school office. We receive them the same way we receive any other email.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry. We do not sell contact details, we do not add them to a marketing list without being asked, and we do not share them with anybody outside the school.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google map, both of which are third party services with their own privacy terms. If the school later adds analytics, this notice will be updated to say so.
Photographs of students
Photographs published in the gallery and activity pages are taken at school events. If you do not want your child's photograph used on the website or in school publicity, tell the class teacher in writing and we will remove it and keep your child out of future material.
